Product Description:
Hydraulic Remote Control Grab Bucket
Remote Control Grab Bucket open and close through control on-off solenoid valve.When need to open the grab bucket, please press the 1 button or 2 button.
2.Electric system choose the famous brand, such as akerstroms remote control and receiver, Panasonic Valve Regulated Lead-Acid Battery and so on,stable performance, reliable quality,it can work 100 hours continuously after charged.
Remote Control Grab Bucket Advantage
Crane does not need any additional equipment, can work directly just to put grab on a crane hook;
2. Structure simple, hydraulic and electric control system components is relatively less, easy maintenance, suitable for long voyage;
3.Grab can opened at any position, high efficiency ;
4.Open and close of two oil cylinder has good cushioning effect, grab almost no impact, long service life;
5.Grab closed, almost all components of the scale are indented state, is not easy to rust.
Remote Control Grab Bucket
The grabbing action is realized by means of locking the Gliding Seat with the Through Beam throuGH Hydraulic cylinder and applying hoisting cable ratio at the same time;
2.When the grab moves to the designated place, the Solenoid Valve starts inverting to cause oil in hydraulic cylinder connects to the oil tank, and then hydraulic cylinder withdraws, the Through Beam slips down and the grab opens;
3.Solenoid Valve's inverting is controlled by Remote Control, which together with Receiver form the remote control system. The cooperation between remote control system and hydraulic system enables the opening of the grab at a distance;
4.The working principle is simple and reliable, with low failure rate. Please refer to the illustrative diagram for hydraulic system control.
Remote Control Grab Bucket Maintenance and operation easy
Maintenance easy:
Guide rope device maintenance, Oil Cylinder maintenance, Hinged maintenance, Bearing bush maintenance, Hoisting cable maintenance and Hydraulic oil. Those parts of the grab bucket main maintenance place, so very easy!
Operation easy:
Please put the battery into the battery compartment of the grab bucket, and then plug the power, after the current is switched on, the wireless remote will automatic start ,and working;
when using the grab, press the "1" button or "2" button to opened the grab bucket in any height condition;
